Un week end caldissimo, con qualche giorno d’anticipo arriva il nuovo singolo di Britney Spears! La track di cui si parla da mesi si intitola “Pretty Girls” ed è una collaborazione con la femcee Australiana Iggy Azalea

Con questo comeback Britney finalmente abbandona le sonorità dance per brillare nuovamente con una canzone urban-pop! Il beat è davvero freso, cool e trascinante, ha tutte le carte in regola per diventare il tormentone estivo della prossima estate 2015, almeno sul territorio americano. Quello che ci disturba un po’ è la durata della canzone, nella versione che possiamo ascoltare il brano dura infatti solamente 2 minuti e 44 secondi. Una scelta studiata per favorire l’airplay radiofonico?
A livello sonoro si sente chiaramente l’influenza di una certa “Hollaback Girl” firmata anni fa da Gwen Stefani con produzione di Pharrell, ma a tratti si può collegare questa track anche al sound trendy della grande hit di Iggy “Fancy”, brano che la catapultò nell’olimpo delle grandi.
Una collaborazione utile a livello commerciale ad entrambe, ora aspettiamo solamente che le ragazze portino in stage questo prodotto, che ci auguriamo venga utilizzato come singolo apripista di una nuova Britney Era…
La promozione ufficiale di “Pretty Girls” prenderà il via ai prossimi Billboard Awards, un occasione davvero ghiotta, che donerà al brano davvero molta visibilità! Che sia veramente il momento di un comeback pesante di Britney, dopo i due fiaschi fatti con “Femme Fatale” e “Britney Jean”?

Ironico, stravagante, deliziosamente trash, con belle coreografie energiche, tutti gli ingredienti di questo video sembrano urlare una sola parola: ICONICO.
